Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using AdGrab (the "Extension" and "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

AdGrab is a Chrome extension that adds download buttons to video ads on Meta Ads Library (facebook.com/ads/library). The Service allows users to download video content from public ad listings for research and competitive analysis purposes.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AdGrab for personal or business use.

Free License: Includes 10 video downloads per day.

Pro License: Includes unlimited downloads. Pro licenses are sold on a per-device basis and activate on one Chrome extension install only.

Per-Device Licensing

Pro licenses are tied to a single device/browser installation. Key terms:

• One license key activates on one device only
• License keys cannot be shared or transferred without authorization
• If you change devices, contact support for a legitimate transfer
• Attempting to use one license on multiple devices may result in license revocation

Subscription Terms

Monthly Subscriptions:

• Billed monthly at $9.99/month per device
• Automatically renews unless canceled
• Cancel anytime via billing portal or by contacting support
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of current billing period
• No refunds for partial months

Lifetime Licenses:

• One-time payment of $39.99 per device
• Unlimited downloads for the lifetime of the product
• No recurring fees
• Subject to refund policy for first 7 days only

Acceptable Use

You agree to use AdGrab only for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include:

• Downloading copyrighted content for redistribution or commercial use without permission
• Circumventing or attempting to bypass download limits on free accounts
• Sharing or reselling license keys
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the Extension
• Using the Service for illegal activities or to violate Meta's Terms of Service
• Automated or bulk downloading that creates excessive load

Content Ownership

Downloaded videos remain the property of their respective copyright holders. AdGrab facilitates access to publicly available content on Meta Ads Library but does not grant any rights to the downloaded content. Users are responsible for complying with applicable copyright laws and Meta's terms when using downloaded content.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Maintenance or updates
• Changes to Meta's Ads Library platform
• Technical issues beyond our control

We are not liable for any interruption of service or inability to download specific content.

Third-Party Services

AdGrab interacts with Meta Ads Library, a third-party service operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta. Changes to Meta's platform may affect AdGrab's functionality. We are not responsible for Meta's actions or changes to their service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Any other matter relating to the Service

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your license to use the Service immediately ceases. For paid licenses, termination for cause (Terms violation) results in no refund. Voluntary cancellations are subject to our refund policy.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to Pro license holders.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
