Our Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all AdGrab Pro purchases (monthly subscriptions and lifetime licenses). If you're not satisfied with AdGrab for any reason, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

Refund Eligibility

Eligible for refund:

  • Purchases made within the last 7 days
  • Technical issues that prevent the extension from working
  • Product doesn't meet your expectations
  • Accidental duplicate purchases
  • Any other genuine reason for dissatisfaction

Not eligible for refund:

  • Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Monthly subscriptions beyond the first billing cycle (can cancel anytime, no future charges)
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes (contact us first)

Refund Process

1. Contact Support

Email support@adgrab.app with:

  • Your email address used for purchase
  • Order number or license key
  • Brief reason for refund request (optional but helpful)

2. Review & Approval

We typically respond within 24 hours. Most refund requests are approved immediately if within the 7-day window.

3. Refund Processing

Once approved:

  • Refund issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days (depends on your bank)
  • Your license key will be deactivated
  • You'll receive a confirmation email

Subscription Cancellations

Monthly Subscriptions:

  • Can be canceled anytime through the billing portal or by contacting support
  • Cancellation stops future charges but you keep access until the end of the current billing period
  • First month is refundable within 7 days of initial purchase
  • Subsequent months are not refundable (but you can cancel to avoid future charges)

Lifetime Licenses:

  • Refundable within 7 days of purchase
  • After 7 days, lifetime licenses are non-refundable (but transferable between your devices with support assistance)

Special Circumstances

We may consider refunds beyond the 7-day window for:

  • Extended technical issues preventing extension use
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Exceptional circumstances (evaluated case-by-case)

Chargebacks

Please contact us directly before filing a chargeback or payment dispute. We process refunds quickly and fairly. Chargebacks harm our business and may result in account termination. If you have a legitimate issue, we'll work with you to resolve it.
