• Pro license key (if activated, stored securely in Chrome extension storage)

All extension data stays on your device. We have no access to it.

Our website (adgrab.app) collects minimal information:

• Email address: When you purchase a Pro license, we collect your email to send your license key and receipts
• Payment information: Processed securely by our payment provider. We never store credit card details
• Technical information: Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and debugging

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information only for:

• Processing purchases and delivering license keys
• Providing customer support
• Sending transactional emails (receipts, license keys, subscription updates)
• Maintaining website security and preventing fraud

Chrome Extension Permissions

AdGrab requires these Chrome permissions:

• Access to facebook.com/ads/library: To add download buttons to video ads on Meta Ads Library pages
• Downloads: To save videos to your computer
• Storage: To track your daily download limit and store your license key locally

These permissions are used exclusively for the extension's core functionality. We do not access any other Facebook data or track your activity.

• Payment processing: Our payment provider processes payments securely. They have their own privacy policies
• Hosting: Our website is hosted on secure infrastructure providers
