Does this work for images?

No, AdGrab currently only supports video downloads from Meta Ads Library. Image downloading may be added in a future update.

Is this affiliated with Meta or Facebook?

No. AdGrab is an independent Chrome extension and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. or Facebook.

Is it safe to use?

Yes. AdGrab runs locally in your browser and doesn't collect or transmit your data. We don't track your usage or store any information on external servers.

What browsers are supported?

Currently, AdGrab only supports Google Chrome (version 88+). Support for other Chromium-based browsers (Edge, Brave, etc.) may be added in the future.

Licensing & Payments

Can I use one license on multiple devices?

No. Each license activates on exactly one device (one Chrome extension install). If you use multiple computers, you'll need a separate license for each device.

I changed computers. Can I move my license?

Yes, contact us at support@adgrab.app with your license key and we can help you transfer it to your new device. We allow legitimate device transfers.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Monthly subscribers receive a billing portal link via email where you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time. You can also contact support for assistance.

What's included in lifetime license?

Lifetime licenses include unlimited downloads forever on one device, all future updates, and priority support. No recurring fees.

Do you offer refunds?

Technical Issues

The download button doesn't appear. What should I do?

Try these steps:

  • Refresh the page
  • Make sure you're on facebook.com/ads/library
  • Check that AdGrab is enabled in chrome://extensions
  • Disable other extensions that might interfere

Download fails with "link expired" error

Meta's CDN links can expire quickly. Simply click the download button again to get a fresh link and retry the download.

The extension stopped working after Facebook updated their site

Meta occasionally changes their page structure. We typically release updates within 24-48 hours. Check the Chrome Web Store for the latest version, or contact support if the issue persists.

My license key won't activate

Common solutions:

  • Make sure you copied the entire key with no extra spaces
  • Check that the key hasn't already been used on another device
  • Verify you received the key via email (check spam folder)

I'm only getting SD quality instead of HD

AdGrab automatically downloads the highest quality available. If you're getting SD, the ad may only have SD available from Meta's servers, or Meta's CDN is serving SD based on their optimization.

Privacy & Security

What data does AdGrab collect?

AdGrab runs entirely locally in your browser and collects no usage data. We don't track which ads you view or download, and we don't send any information to external servers. Your daily download count is stored locally on your device only.

Why does AdGrab need access to facebook.com?

AdGrab needs permission to access facebook.com/ads/library pages to add download buttons to video ads. It only activates on Meta Ads Library pages and doesn't access any other Facebook pages or your personal data.

Is my license key stored securely?

Yes. Your license key is stored locally in your browser's secure extension storage. It's never transmitted except during the one-time activation validation.

Known Issues

  • • Some region-restricted ads may not be downloadable
  • • Carousel ads currently show download button only for the first video
  • • Ads removed by Meta may have broken video links
